P120E Ease of use and breadth of the chamber: these are the main features of the model P120E. The cook-top is in sanded firebrick for cooking, but can also be supplied with the indented plate surface for cooking products in trays or with other accessories. Its versatility is also given by the 3 different sizes available.
P120E can be used to cook the traditional focaccia pizza, meter-long pizza and sliced and many other types of products.
