WHERE INNOVATION BRINGS A NEW IDEA OF CONTROL

New Faema Thermal System
The new FAEMA GTi thermal system guarantees both high-precision infusion and perfect coffee brew-time regulation. Its independent coffee boilers allow baristas to set the machine up for a wide range of different blends and specialty beverages, which translates into a more extensive coffee menu.

Manual mechanics or digital control
The FAEMA E71 gives every barista the choice: manual mechanics or digital control. This is the new era of the coffee machine, characterised by a wider range of possibilities to express talent, no matter what the situation. With the E71, the entire coffee brewing process is placed squarely in the capable hands of the barista. For one cup, or a hundred. Moreover, a "self-learning" mode is available: each touchscreen button can be programmed by running the coffee brewing cycle manually. The sequence will be memorized and repeated to perfection, step by step.

GTI

Independent boiler heating system. The water for the coffee is distributed to the appropriate boilers, where it is brought to the desired extraction temperature. The GTi heating system incorporates control over the infusion stage.

SMARTBOILER

System capable of managing the accumulation of energy stored in the boiler to allow a maximum constant supply of steam and water, even with intensive use of the machine.

AUTOSTEAM COLD TOUCH

Insulating, non-stick outer coating on the automatic steam wand to keep its surface cold before, during and after steam delivery, and while the milk is being frothed. It also guarantees an easy safe cleaning.

DUAL DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

The lever placed above each grouphead gives the barista total control over the brewing process. Alternatively, the barista can choose digital mode by use of the 4.3" touch screen display. With the “self learning” mode, the barista can set up every display button while managing the coffee delivery cycle with the lever.
